Fiano Cilento Cumale 2009 Return to Casebianche

Planted from two adjacent vineyards one with 4,ooo plants per hectare the other with 5,000 plants per hectare and still the yields are stunningly low—30 hl/hct. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and allowed to remain on the lees (indigenous yeasts) for 5 months before bottling. It rests in bottle for two months before being released. Go ahead. Look at the alcohol. 13.5 you say? What’s not written there … 6.65 g/l acidity!!! 212 cases produced.
