 I can barely contain my excitement over these wines. The chateau at Béru dates to the 13^th Century.  The vineyards and winemking are currently overseen by Athénaïs Beru.  Her father, the Comte du Beru had re-planted most of the vineyards during the 80s.  In 2000 Athenais took over the work of winemaking and vineyard management transforming the land to biodynamic farming. Having tasting the wines at the estate one sees a steady improvement each vintage in the wine as Athenais learns more about her vineyards and the results of hard work in the vineyard and conversion to biodynamic farming is born out. DO NOT MISS THESE- beautiful balance, clean, mineral… !
