The Pasini family has entered its 3^rd generation of winemaking at the San Giovanni estate located along the Lombardian shores of Lake Garda where the soils are glacial moraine with lots of clay and limestone. It is a region, like many in Italy, that have traditionally produced bulk wine. Like many of our producers we have found someone bucking that trend in favor of quality.
