Casebianche Return to Campania


The winery was begun in 2000.  Husband and wife team "Betty" and Pasquale determined that their 5.5 hectares of vineyard would be farmed organically and their wines would be made with as little human intervention as possible. Or as they view it, “The soil, as a living organism, represents the essential starting-point for the growth and quality of our vineyards. With our organic farming technique, the human presence in the fields is very limited, only simple and mechanic operations in order to revive the fields and promote deep root development. We only use natural fertilizers, green manure and compost in order to enrich our fields.”
